Prestressed Concrete Lintels 100x65mm x 900mm

Our Prestressed Concrete Lintels 100x65mm x 900mm are engineered to provide superior structural support for load-bearing applications in residential, commercial, and industrial builds. Manufactured from high-quality prestressed concrete, these lintels deliver exceptional strength and long-term durability in a compact, easy-to-handle format.

Product Features/Specifications:

These lintels feature a sleek, compact profile measuring 100mm wide by 65mm deep and are 900mm in length, making them ideal for smaller spans and light to medium-duty applications. Made from dense, high-performance prestressed concrete, they offer outstanding load-bearing capacity while maintaining a consistent finish for visible installations.

Detailed Product Benefits:

Prestressing involves tensioning high-tensile steel wires within the lintel during the curing process, which greatly enhances structural performance by counteracting tensile forces. This method reduces the risk of cracking and deflection under load, ensuring a longer lifespan and increased reliability compared to standard reinforced concrete lintels. The dense concrete mix used also provides excellent resistance to fire, moisture, and environmental degradation, making it ideal for both internal and external use.

Applications and Versatility:

These 100x65mm lintels are ideal for use in non-exposed masonry situations, such as over internal doorways, windows, and small span openings in walls. Their compact size makes them especially useful in refurbishment or retrofit projects where space is limited but structural performance remains critical. While primarily functional, their clean finish also allows for visible placement in minimalist or industrial design settings.

Features & Benefits List:

  • High-strength prestressed concrete construction
  • Load-bearing capability suitable for internal and some external applications
  • Compact and lightweight for ease of handling and installation
  • Excellent resistance to cracking and deflection
  • Fire-resistant and moisture-durable material
  • Smooth, consistent finish suitable for exposed use
