Solid Dense Coursing Brick 215x140x65mm

The Solid Dense Coursing Brick 215x140x65mm is a robust and reliable masonry unit made from high-quality dense concrete. Designed for use in both structural and non-structural applications, this brick offers superior strength, durability, and performance — ideal for achieving precision in coursing work, infill, and wall height adjustments.

Product Features/Specifications:

With a uniform grey finish and compact solid structure, this coursing brick is crafted from dense concrete to ensure excellent load-bearing capacity and long-term durability. Its standardised size makes it a perfect fit for use with compatible blockwork and masonry structures.

Detailed Product Benefits:

The Solid Dense Coursing Brick is engineered to deliver outstanding compressive strength and dimensional stability, making it suitable for high-load applications and structural reinforcement. Its dense composition reduces water absorption, improving resistance to frost and weathering, while also contributing to sound insulation and fire resistance. Easy to handle and install, it ensures clean lines and a consistent build, minimising the need for adjustment on-site.

Applications and Versatility:

This coursing brick is ideal for a wide range of construction projects, including:

  • Adjusting wall heights during blockwork
  • Packing under windowsills, lintels, and beams
  • Structural infill in cavity walls and partition walls
  • Functional applications in both internal and external masonry
  • Supporting aesthetic detailing and precision alignment in brick/block installations

Its solid form also makes it an excellent choice where high compressive strength and durability are essential.

Features & Benefits List:

  • Dense concrete composition for superior strength and durability
  • Solid format enhances load-bearing capabilities
  • Consistent dimensions for precise construction and alignment
  • Low water absorption improves freeze/thaw resistance
  • Fire and acoustic performance in line with dense masonry standards
  • Versatile use in both structural and aesthetic applications
  • Grey finish complements a range of construction materials

Technical Specifications:

  • Size: 215mm (L) x 140mm (W) x 65mm (H)
  • Material: Dense concrete
  • Type: Solid coursing brick
  • Colour: Grey
  • Compressive Strength: ≥ 7.3 N/mm² (dependent on manufacturer)
